This website is operated by The House of Phoenix Perfume Collection LLC (“The House of Phoenix Perfume,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting our website, creating an account, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction to make a purchase. If you permit a minor to use this website, you are responsible for their activity and purchases.

You may not use our Services or products for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer products to you. Purchases made through our store are transactions between you and The House of Phoenix Perfume.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, bottle sizes, ingredients, colors, packaging, and images accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your device, lighting, product batch, or packaging updates.

Fragrances can smell and perform differently from person to person because of skin chemistry, environment, application, storage, and individual perception. Descriptions of fragrance notes, character, projection, or performance are subjective and are not guarantees of how a fragrance will smell or perform for a particular customer.

Products may be reformulated, repackaged, renamed, or discontinued without notice. You should review the product label and listing before use.

  1. FRAGRANCE SAFETY

Our fragrance products are intended for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, broken skin, and other sensitive areas. Keep fragrances away from flames, sparks, excessive heat, children, and pets.

Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs. Customers with allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or concerns about particular ingredients should review the available ingredient information and consult an appropriate healthcare professional before use.

Information on our website is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

  1. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
• Pricing, description, or inventory errors
• Payment verification problems
• Purchase limits
• Suspected resale or misuse
• Shipping restrictions

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the canceled amount.

We may limit quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method, billing address, or shipping address.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other charges will be shown when required.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, promotional, typographical, or calculation errors. If an error affects an order, we may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the affected order.

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us and our payment processors to charge the total shown at checkout.

Discounts and promotional offers are subject to their stated conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, applied retroactively, or extended after expiration.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Processing and delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by carrier operations, weather, holidays, address problems, security reviews, hazardous-material transportation requirements, or events outside our reasonable control.

If we cannot ship within the timeframe promised or otherwise required by applicable law, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by law.

Once an order has shipped, customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and promptly reporting delivery problems. Our handling of delayed, lost, stolen, refused, or incorrectly addressed shipments is further described in our Shipping Policy.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, restrictions, or other fees imposed by the destination country unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

  1. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds, replacements, cancellations, and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, opened, sprayed, tested, or used fragrances are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law. A customer’s personal opinion regarding scent, projection, performance, or compatibility with their skin chemistry does not by itself make a product defective.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights provided by applicable law.

  1. REVIEWS AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, idea, or other content, you grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, translate, display, and distribute that content in connection with our business and marketing.

You represent that you own or have permission to submit the content and that it does not violate another person’s rights. Submissions must not be unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, threatening, obscene, infringing, malicious, or contain harmful code.

We may monitor, edit, decline, or remove submissions at our discretion, but we are not obligated to do so.
