Many House of Phoenix products are made or bottled in limited batches. Product availability, packaging, bottle style, cap style, label placement, color, and presentation may occasionally vary based on supplier availability or production updates. These variations do not necessarily indicate a product defect.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, packaging, sizes, and other details accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that photographs or colors displayed on your device will appear exactly as they do in person.

We reserve the right to:

Limit product quantities
Discontinue or modify products without notice
Restrict sales by person, household, geographic location, or jurisdiction
Refuse orders involving suspected fraud, policy abuse, unauthorized resale, or other improper activity

All products and offers are subject to availability.

3. Fragrance Descriptions and Subjectivity

Fragrance is inherently subjective. Notes, accords, fragrance families, comparisons, mood descriptions, and performance observations are provided to help customers understand the general character of a product.

A fragrance may smell or perform differently depending on factors including:

Storage conditions
Olfactory sensitivity or fatigue
Individual expectations and perception

Descriptions such as strong, soft, long-lasting, intimate, projecting, fresh, warm, sweet, or similar terms are subjective and are not guarantees of identical performance for every customer.

Personal dissatisfaction with a fragrance’s scent, development, projection, longevity, strength, or similarity to another fragrance does not by itself establish that the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly described.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the listed fragrance notes and product information before purchasing. When available, we recommend purchasing a sample or decant before committing to a full bottle.

4. Inspired Fragrances and Third-Party Trademarks

Some House of Phoenix fragrances are independent creations inspired by recognizable fragrance profiles, styles, note combinations, or olfactory ideas associated with well-known designer or niche fragrances.

Unless expressly identified as an authentic third-party branded product, House of Phoenix fragrances are independent interpretations and are not the original products produced by the referenced brands.

Any third-party brand names, fragrance names, trademarks, or other intellectual property appearing in product descriptions are used only for identification, comparison, commentary, or descriptive purposes.

The House of Phoenix Perfume Collection LLC is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, licensed by, or otherwise connected to the owners of those third-party brands unless expressly stated. All third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

An inspired fragrance is not guaranteed to be an exact one-to-one reproduction of another fragrance. Differences in materials, concentration, production, maturation, application, and individual perception may affect the final scent experience.

5. Product Safety and Use

Fragrances and cosmetic products are intended for external use only. Use each product according to its label and stated directions.

Unless a product is specifically intended for another purpose:

Do not ingest
Avoid contact with the eyes and other sensitive areas
Keep away from children and pets
Keep alcohol-based fragrances away from heat, sparks, flames, and ignition sources
Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs

Customers with known allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, or medical concerns should review the available product information and consult an appropriate healthcare professional before use.

Individual irritation, sensitivity, or allergic response does not necessarily mean that a product was manufactured incorrectly. Nothing on our website is intended as medical advice or as a substitute for professional medical guidance.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee its acceptance. An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order but does not constitute final acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order for reasons including:

Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
Suspected unauthorized commercial resale

Orders that cannot be canceled may be subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Prices, promotions, product availability, and offers may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing, product, promotional, or typographical errors, including after an order has been submitted.

Applicable sales tax and other charges will be calculated as required based on the order and delivery location.

Promotions and discount codes:

May have expiration dates
May be limited to specific products or customers
May not be combined unless expressly permitted
Have no cash value
May be modified or discontinued where legally permitted

We may cancel or refuse a promotional discount if we reasonably believe it was obtained or used through fraud, error, manipulation, unauthorized distribution, or policy abuse.

Products purchased at a promotional price are not automatically final sale unless the product or promotion is specifically identified as Final Sale.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural events, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, security inspections, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address before submitting an order. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address.

Packages returned as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or incorrectly addressed may be refunded after receipt and inspection, less original shipping charges and carrier-imposed return fees.

11. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

For hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons, opened, sprayed, sampled, tested, or used fragrances and personal-care products are generally not eligible for return or exchange.

Scent preference, changed mind, perceived performance, projection, longevity, strength, skin chemistry, or comparison with another fragrance do not make an opened or used product eligible for return.

Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect-item claims must be submitted according to the reporting requirements and time limits stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

12. Account Information

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity conducted through your account.

You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account or payment information has been accessed or used without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate accounts connected to fraudulent activity, policy abuse, threats, harassment, chargeback abuse, or other conduct that could harm our business, customers, or service providers.

13. Reviews, Comments, and Other Submissions

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, testimonial, social-media tag, or other content to us, you confirm that:
