Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Any items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
- For hygiene reasons, fragrances that have been opened cannot be returned.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at angel.martinez@houseofphoenixperfume.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear on your credit card statement or in your bank account, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us at angel.martinez@houseofphoenixperfume.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability and eligibility under our return policy. We will ship the exchanged item once the original item has been returned and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used. Additionally, items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons unrelated to our error are ineligible for return. Items purchased on sale or during special promotions are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Send your request to angel.martinez@houseofphoenixperfumecollection.com. Our team will arrange a replacement or refund and cover any return shipping costs.
